It is with heavy hearts that we have turned daily operations over to outside management.  We did not come to this decision easily, but feel we can no longer keep up with the rapidly changing market, especially the constantly changing technology our tenants are looking for.  For over two decades we have enjoyed getting to know and help our residents in their adventures of off campus living.  We have watched as times have changed from advertising in print lantern editions to virtual tours.   We rented our first houses with no website, no email and no smart phones!

We will always be invested in our properties and the area.  We have no interest in being absentee owners and will continue to be involved behind the scenes.
